Diarrhoea when Ovulating

After going to the GP with almost monthly diarrhoea (like one random day a month except feb and June) we have tracked it to ovulation. I’ve only really had it the last 6 months tbh.

Does anyone else suffer this? I have had the odd issue when on my period but not ovulation before (although I have always had pains)

I always suffered worse with IBS during periods from about my mid 30s. I don't have any answers for you though sorry. I tried going on POP in the hopes that I would not get a period but did not work and made me bleed slightly all month. After that I avoided any hormones as I wanted things to stay predictable. I am now perimenopausal and happy with how things are. I hope I don't need HRT as may make things go haywire again.
