Norethisterone - delay this one or the one on holiday?

Hello
Considering advising my daughter to take Norethisterone so she doesn't have her period on holiday when we go to Spain next month.

However due to the PMS side effects I am thinking it may be best to delay this month's period by a week, have that period and then have her following period when she gets back from Spain.

Can anyone tell me please what to expect in the period the next month after taking Norethisterone? Is it likely to come early, late or a month after the Norethisterone-delayed period?

Thank you

I have used it a couple of times, my following period usually comes on time so 28ish days after. It’s probably better to delay the period before and then no worries about taking it whilst on holiday. I’ve never had any side effects from using it.

Has she used it before - I hated it and it had a terrible effect on me, same with SD, her first time of using it was awful. So I'd say try it first at home.

I’ve taken it a few times, it can make me quite hormonal so I tend to take it the month before the actual period I want to miss to avoid being grumpy on holiday etc.
My periods have then always just shifted by a week so the one after will come the normal 28 days.
