Lump at bottom of breast

I've discovered a lump under the bottom of my breast- it runs parallel with where the underwire of my bra is.
I'm obviously going to call the GP when they open but has anyone had anything similar to this please?

Is it the same in your other boob ? Ivegot it on both sides

yes, just one side, I waited 4 weeks to see GP, and it was going away by time I saw consultant (about 7 weeks later). Took about 10 weeks to disappear completely.

I would wait longer to see GP next time(my choice).

Thanks both. My GP has referred me to the hospital for a mammogram etc. It's one side only but is quite painful too so she's said best just to get it seen.
