TENS machine

Hi everyone.

Since having my son 4 years ago I get intense back pain during my period. Can anyone recommend a good TENS machine please thankw

@TwistedCherry I have endometriosis to use this one every month. I have had this one for 3 years. 2 channels means you can put 1 set on the front of you and 1 set on your back if needed, also you can run them front to back too, so left side, right side. You can also just have 1 set on your back. It really helps me, that plus a plug in heat pad but you can't move around with that. This device has a lock button so that you don't press the buttons accidentally. The increment levels are good too, no oh I need to increase it to oh my God too much.

Okay so some of you are going to laugh at me but my brain was frazzled and I thought I do a quick did of washing
not realising I’d left one of tens electrodes in the machine 🤦🏼‍♀️ suffice to say it’s stuck to the OH bottoms and looks a little rude I’ve rubbed it off and put it back in the machine. Please does any one know if this will save his bottoms
or do I need to buy a new pair I feel so stupid right now
