how do you cope with your feelings before your period starts . i get very angry eaily irrated , tired (very) or sad, forgetful
these symtoms feel like they are getting worse - early 30s
i hate to hear people say oh its just your hormones , cause at the time it doesn't seem that way and you are allowed to be annoyed without someone blaming hormones .
however then the period comes...... i suppose hormones make us feel things stonger
any dietary and lifestyle factor helped you cope better?
for contect , i am thin , regular walker, eat healthy enough but crave salt and chocolate and greessysalty food before period, probably do not get enough sleep. i have suffered with very painful periods but found naprozen to help ease this.
