So today I woke up feeling fine i got me and my son ready as he had a hospital appointment took him too that started to feel abit queasy but nothing I couldn't ignore but as the days gone on I've felt worse n worse so after his appointment we went back to the mother in laws and she makes me some toast by this point I've been to the toilet and had a poo but it was literally coming out like water so that's when I've thought something not right I've ate my toast and I've now got this stomach ache that is persistent and won't go away and I've still got it now my mother in law dropped me off at home and I couldn't even wait to get in the house and I've been sick all over the car park and this isn't normal for me I'm hardly ever sick I just want to know has anyone got any advice on how to shift the stomach ache because I feel like it's gonna cause me to be sick again I'm not bothered about the water poo just being sick i hate it what could this be thankyou and sorry if this is to much information I did warn you xoxox

Obviously I am in no way shape or form a doctor, but in your situation I would take a couple cocodemol - obviously again depends how you react to them.
Might be a bug, or something might be more serious, call your doctor.

Could it be food poisoning?

MissingMoominMamma · 30/06/2023 15:00

Sounds like food poisoning.

NoSquirrels · 30/06/2023 15:01

Sounds like a nasty bug that’s been doing the rounds by us - several of my friends and family have had it. It’s a 24-hour thing if so. Take some painkillers, drink water, rest up and wait it out. Sorry you’re poorly.

Sounds like a bug or food poisoning. Hopefully you'll be feeling better soon. Don't take cocodamal as suggested by pp, likely to make you feel sicker!!

mrsbyers · 30/06/2023 15:14

Paracetamol only , don’t try and stop the runs as if it’s a bug you want it out of your system not hanging around longer. Get some diahoralite and sip that incase you are getting dehydrated

D&V. Go to bed, hot water bottle (if not too warm) clear rub to the toilet, sick bucket st hand and sleep it off 💤

P.s tiny sips of water if you can manage

HVPRN · 30/06/2023 15:15

*run not rub.
