I was wondering if anyone had ever had the same. As Google is showing some scary results. It looked like a scratch two days ago and now looks like this?

It looks like a slightly infected or inflamed scratch, the sort that your body can deal with itself.
Id keep it clean and dry over the weekend, maybe put some savlon cream or similar on, and see how it is on Monday. Make a note of how far the red area extends so you can see if it’s spreading.

It's a scratch that is in a warm, moist dark area so it hasn't dried out.
Keep it clean and dry with a dressing. If you want put a THIN layer of sudocrem or Savalon on it.

I had a mark like that on my breast (spotted it when I got out of the bath) and then when I looked I had a couple more including a big one just in my hairline. Within a few days I had quite a few and it turned out to be pityriasis rosea. Annoying but harmless.

Thank you all! I noticed it when I got out the shower today. Will keep an eye on size but cream on and keep dry. Thanks
