Why am I so tired?

I could sleep round the clock just now. I have absolutely no motivation.
I take 20mg citalipram, 75mg cerazette and started femoston conti 1mg/5mg 4 months ago. Everything felt good but this month all I want to do is sleep.

Low iron? Low oestrogen?

Healthy nutrition?

Inactivity?

Loneliness?

Hot?

It sounds like lethargy or fatigue. It might be sensible to still try to do light exercise or socialising. Meds may help but perhaps not a cure all.

Low vitamin D?

thyroid problems or diabetes ?
