I gave birth around 14 months ago, second child. The birth was very traumatic and very quick, ended in forceps again.

It's taken me a long time to physically and mentally to heal. I'm not sexually active due to not feeling right down below. I don't feel ready and I don't want anything inserted in there. DH is very supportive. I'm worried how sex will feel now for us both.

I saw a consultant recently who examined me and said I don't have a prolapse. He said I was lax and that he would refer me to someone who can help me strengthen the area and it's all very treatable down below.

I've been doing my pelvic floor exercises but I'm not convinced I'm doing them correctly.

Today is really achy down there and worse than normal, i'm not sure why.

Does anyone else have any similar experiences or positive stories? Or has anyone tried one of the machines that you can buy to tighten yourself up down below?

Are you mid cycle ? I used to have all sorts of aces and pains up my flue, and wondered what it was. Turns out it was my cervix moving up and down between periods.
It could also be ovulation pain.

Funny you should say that because today I have the EWCM so I must be ovulating, obviously not tracking or TTC.
