Getting pregnant with stage 3/4 endo

Hi,
just after some success stories really! I’m TTC for baby no. 2, I think I was very lucky the first time round and didn’t even know I had endo until my c section. My symptoms since finding out have got worse so I ended up having a lap where they freed my right ovary and unblocked my left tube and removed an endometrioma (which I’m so thankful for) I think they removed other endo around my liver etc too but they kept endo in the rectovaginal/bowel area as they said it can be risky.
I’m now worried that it will affect fertility and wish it was removed as we paid a lot of money for the surgery!
Anyone have endo in this area but still managed to conceive naturally?

Not exactly the same thing but I have stage 2 and it took me 3 years to have my second. Took them rummaging around looking at my wonky Fallopian tube for them to finally diagnose my endo and once they flushed out my womb and removed some of the cysts I fell pregnant nearly immediately. Mine is largely on my bowel and sac of Douglas which are areas they didn't touch and are still covered in chocolate cysts.

This sounds very similar and very reassuring thank you so much 🙏🏻
