My daughter was born in 28th Feb via c section. All was fine and I had the usual bleeding that slowed down afterwards but it never really stopped. It seemed to have gone for a few days at one point but then the light bleeding returned. Then I started taking the mini pill from my dr and the bleeding amped up agin for the whole time I took it which was about 5 weeks before I stopped and decided It wasn't for me and I couldn't deal with this constant bleeding. A few days after stopping the mini pill the bleeding seemed to have stopped so I put it down to that and had spoken to my dr about it and she agreed as long as the bleeding stayed away etc we'd just try a different pill. Now today it seems the spotting is still there. It's not heavy and is pretty dark like the end of a period. I'm obviously going to go back to my dr about it if it doesn't stop completely over the next few days but has anyone had anything similar? I'm wondering if it could be complications from the c section rather than the pill? I feel well in myself and have no other symptoms so wondering what it could be. I had an emergency c section with my first child and the bleeding just stopped by about 6 weeks. Any info would be much appreciated!
