I am curious to hear from other ladies with similar symptoms if it turns out they have endometriosis. I guess because I haven't experienced certain symptoms before such as pelvic pain or severe cramps I didn't think it was likely previously.
I am due to have a hysteroscopy and laparoscopy soon so finally getting closer to getting answers. A fibroid was found on scan which will be removed but from what I am aware endo is not always visible on scan..
I get spotting typically 5-4 days before period (recently learnt this can be a symptom)
Very heavy period especially first couple days of period. To the point I have to worry about heading out and not being close to bathroom
Dizzy spells, lacking energy, feeling faint at times especially when on my feet a lot
Diarrhea/constipation on period
Lower than average AMH level for age.
Possibly infertility, not conceived in past 8 months. It can take a while but if I do have endometriosis then it makes sense why I haven't yet conceived.
