I have been to see the Gynaecologist today as things haven't been right since having my last baby. He examined me and said I have low pelvic tone and he's referring me to see someone who can show me how to do pelvic floor exercises correctly.
Does anyone have any positive stories from similar treatment?
Is low pelvic tone really treatable?
