Fenton’s Procedure: any experience?

I’m booked in for a Fenton’s next week (the day before the 5th birthday of the child who’s to blame…thank you covid and waiting lists!) I’ve not really been told much about what to expect in terms of recovery or going back to work. Can anyone share their experiences?
I work as a teacher so I’m feeling like going back to a full timetable the following week might be a bit much but I am basing that on my recovery first time round which was obviously way more complicated. I’m also quite active and do yoga/Pilates/weights 2 or 3 times a week…it looks like that’s a total no go for at least 4 weeks…does that sound right?
Beyond telling me where to go and when, the hospital haven’t given me much info!
Thanks in advance!
