Breast dimple

This morning I've noticed an area of my breast that is very slightly discoloured and slightly dimpled.
Has anyone had this before and it not be cancerous?
I'm going to make a doctors appointment in the morning but I'm panicking now!

Mine was under my left breast and I could see it in the mirror but couldn't feel it. It seems to have gone on it's own but I still keep an eye on that area.

@IHateLegDay yes mine is the very same and only in certain lighting if you get me. Could your Gp see it? I will update after my appointment in the breast clinic! 🤞🙏
