Can anyone share experiences on this pill? Desogestral?
I haven't been on a pill since I was in my twenties - now 38. I remember some pills were a nightmare for me with mood.
Have only been prescribed as having two babies has left me with a condition which causes me to have allergic reactions to my own hormones. It's manageable - but after the most stressful two years of my life, which saw me riddled with panic attacks and signed off work, my hormones are all out of sync and I'm having alllergic symptoms again plus acne and PMS.
Doc suggested a pill to help regulate my cycle - but I'm terrified to take it! So worried that it may give me mood swings and send me backwards, also worried about weight changes and intermittent bleeding.
Anyone able to share their experiences ?
