Bleeding after stopping mini pill

Hi, I stopped taking the mini pill 2 weeks ago, I was on the desogestrel one. I haven’t had any sign of bleeding yet, have others had withdrawal bleeds when they stopped this pill? Or how long did it take for periods to start again. I’ve been feeling really rough dizzy and sick and cramps. Thanks for reading.

It was a long time ago but I remember being surprised that it didn't happen straight away and took a good few weeks

It took me about 6 weeks. They say it can take up to 6 months to get a proper cycle back

I came off the mini pill back in 2020 after being on it for over 10 years. Periods returned after a month.

Went back on it last August and came off it almost 3 weeks ago. I’ve started having cramps and some light spotting so it may be a sign of AF returning again after 1 month stopping.

Everyone is different so it’s so hard to stay exactly how long it takes. I did have regular periods though whilst on this pill (I know that is also variable for everyone). Did you have periods whilst on it OP or did it stop them completely?
