I stopped taking my contraceptive pills 5 weeks ago. I then had my usual withdrawal bleed. Just over 2 weeks later, I had light spotting on and off for a few days (mainly brown discharge). My period is now a week late. I've had a lot of period like cramps but no blood. We've had unprotected sex but took a pregnancy test today and it's negative. Anyone else has anything similar since coming off the pill?
