MRI pelvic area - will it matter if I’m on my period?

An ultrasound showed ovarian cysts, endometrioma cysts and a thickened womb lining so I’ve been referred to gynae for an MRI.

MRI is on Friday and my period should start today so I think all should be ok but just looking for confirmation/reassurance!

I had this and said to the nurse when I got the and she said it was fine. I don't think I even had to remove my tampon.

My last MRI a few weeks ago I specifically asked if I could leave a tampon in and they said yes. Hope that helps!
