Late period

I'm 33 and usually have a 28 to 30 day cycle. I'm never late! But it's been 2 days and no sign. I usually spot a few days before. Nothing. Been feeling a little could be anxious . I did a test and it's negative. What could it be if not pregnant? Could I sill be?

I'm in the same boat. First month TTC baby 2 and I'm 10 days late. Usually 27 day cycle and on day 38 and loosing my mind. Still negative tests.

I'd say you could be if you had unprotected sex during ovulation or it could be a fluke one like mine. It's so frustrating

Have you been stressed OP? Or unwell? Both of those affect my cycle and have me convinced I'm pregnant (which causes more stress!)

Still nothing. A little spotting today tho. I have been quite run down and my son is undergoing an autism assessment so maybe that's messing with me
