Has anyone got any experience of this pill giving them headaches or making them feeling overwhelmed or stressed?

I'm not sure if we took the same pill, but my anxiety increased significantly when I was on the mini-pill, to the point where I was having panic attacks (I suffered from anxiety before I started) almost every day. I don't think it's an unusual side effect.

I hope things settle down for you soon xx💐

@kaylangrish thanks for sharing! I've been experiencing the same. Did you manage to find an alternative that worked for you?

It depends on what you're taking it for.

I was taking it because mine were unbearably heavy and really painful. When I realised the pill wasn't working they gave me mefenamic acid, which worked quite well without affecting my mood (you only take it when on your period), but it isn't a contraceptive. I don't take it anymore because it now triggers severe acid reflux for me 😂so I'm currently on the Deso contraceptive injection, but I haven't been on it for very long so it still feels a little bit unsettled. There are certain contraceptions I haven't tried because of other medications I take and a history of migraines so I'll see how this goes.

Sorry this is long but hopefully it helps a little bit 💐
