I have name changed so as to try and avoid association to my other posts but I am hoping someone might have some wisdom to help settle my mind on this issue.
Just over two weeks ago I felt what I can only describe as a swelling in my breast when I raise my arm. I decided to get checked by my GP who did a thorough examination and said she could feel some 'cording' but that I shouldn't worry as I am the wrong age and there is no family history etc. I can still feel this while showering so obviously I am anxious.
She has referred me for an ultrasound but I just wondered has anyone any experience of anything similar? I have myself worried sick and convinced it's something sinister 😞
I just hope I will hear soon for the referral 🤞🏻
