Period pants for urinary incontinence

Any experience with using period pants for incontinence? Which brands are most effective.

About to have surgery that may leave me with incontinence from a small amount of stress or urge to possibly much more depending how op goes and how my bladder responds.

I have a selection of Always liners, pads and pants ready for post op but thinking if it's going to become a longer term issue then period pants might be a more practical and sustainable option. But they're also expensive so appreciate if anyone can recommend what brands they've used and how effective they are for lighter or heavier incontinence levels.

TIA

I got some for my grandma as she wears a panty liner at night for small leaks and they are fine xx

Oh you should see my sad google search history for this topic.

But to answer your question, the best I've found are Uniqlo.

SaturdayGiraffe it is a sad Google search isn't it? I'm trying my best to hope for the best but prepare for the worst.

Thanks for recommending Uniqlo. What level of absorbancy have you found them good for?

It's a realistic struggle. I had a knee replacement 3 weeks ago and as I have urge inc I knew I would have issues getting to the loo in time with crutches and knee pain.
2 weeks of wearing basically adult pull ups and now I'm back to pants and pads as normal. I would love some Inc pants like period pants but it's hard to know what's good as it's such a hidden subject. Sad
