Period awol since stress / grieving

My last normal period ended early April

I spent april stressed and grieving

I have to have an urgent colonoscopy next week
So that's not helping the stress

Grandad died last week so grieving / have been for 6 weeks ish - grieved in april - he was 88 - we knew his days were numbered

Obviously I miss him

Currently have a fair few health concerns though

Just finishing antibiotics for a cyst that was on my leg that's not cancerous

I've hada lot of fatigue - put on some weight

I know weight gain can delay periods

How worried should I be about delayed period / not having normal periods ...

I have not missed any smears

My periods are linked to emotion etc often - in dec one was later due to stress
But never this long really

Bled only the tiniest bit late April- definitely couldnt call it a period

I am so sorry for all your loss and difficulties I just wanted to say that I have had delayed or missed periods a fair bit due to some stressful events in my life and so this might be the most likely reason. Everyone says it but try not to worry about the worst thing and i hope you feel better soon
