How many others still having one too
Every month I wish it be the last
I don't want to take anything I
I rather keep myself natural and go with it till the end whoever that will be xx

You don’t have to take anything but, as we all live longer, you should at least think about the bone protection benefits of HRT. Osteoporosis would be miserable to suffer with when you could use something that could help towards preventing it.
