Heavier bleeding around ovulation 1 year after depo

I have been off depo for a year. Periods have become more regular since. However had a 5 day period which finished 10 days ago. Was having more regular sex this week as ovulation was predicted for today. However in last few days been bleeding, it’s not very heavy but heavy enough for a pad. Have had recent checks so not an infection. GP also checked my cervix and said it was normal. Has anyone else experienced this and now what it could be?

Hey any updates? I have the same, except I'm only off depo since the 1st September. I got my first period off depo 17 days ago, and 3 days ago (predicted ovulation) I started spotting. It's not heavy but it's slowly increasing in volume to the point where I need a pad. Did you ever find out what it was? I've never bled outside of my period before so this is stressing me out lmao, I didnt bleed at all on depo if its relevant

Sorry for the late reply. It has taken time but my periods have become more regular without the spotting as described and I seem to be ovulating again.

i think it just can take a lot of time after being on Depo to regulate.

Hoping yours become more regular soon.
