apologies in advance for the mention of blood etc
It’s been 9 days since my last period ended, DP and I have had sex 4 times with the last occasion being yesterday.
this afternoon I went for a number two but also had a wee. When I went to flush I noticed bright red blood on the tissue in the toilet but by this point all the tissue was one big clump so all of it was bloody so I’m unsure as to where the bleeding actually came from? I wiped both ends again and absolutely no blood on either tissue.
I then had minor, minor cramping once I went downstairs. I probably wouldn’t have noticed the cramping to be honest had I not seen blood beforehand.
for info - i am 30, I’m not on any contraception and haven’t been for ten years. No diagnosed or suspected gastro problems. Wouldn’t be the end of the world if I was pregnant but highly unlikely surely, if I’m only 9 days since my period ended so the chance of it being implantation bleeding is minimal. My cycle is extremely regular so no way is this an early period. On no medication.

what do I do? 😵💫
is it worthy of a dr apt or should I wait to see what happens over the next few weeks? It’s really playing on my mind
