My period cycles gave always varied from 25 days to 32 and I am on only for 3-4 days, the last 6 cycles on average have been about 25 days long but somethings changed!
I stop for 3-4 days and bleed over a couple days, bright red not to fill even half a tampon but this is the third cycle rhis has happened...
Also noticed 5 days prior to ovulation I get a migraine eaxh day for 5 days with bad bloating, I look pregnant, when I'm due to ovulate I feel utterly drained, so tired and miserable like worse than on my period!
Also getting lower back pain left side only, I was advised on an USound I had adnexel torsion left ovary as I had some pain in the groin and down left inner thigh which I'm getting niggles of again
I'm 38 could this be perimenopause or an issue maybe with the ovary?
Concerned with the intense migraines for so many days, hanging tiredness and the mild bleed after my periods stopped, never had this happen before once!
