I missed my combined contraceptive pill Rigevidon yesterday, so annoyed at myself as I am so good at remembering and forgot one on the 29th April too!! I do not take a pill free break as my dr suggested this due to terrible period pain, so even though I was still in the first week of the pack, I feel that I would be protected against pregnancy as I never have a proper pill free break? Does anyone have any information about this or should I be extra careful next 7 days? Thanks very much 😊
