Still producing milk?

My daughter is 19 months old, I breastfed her for under a week. Yet I can still produce milk. I only have to squeeze my breasts slightly and milk comes out.
Has anyone else had this? Should I be worried?

It's probably worth getting it checked out. I did produce a bit of milk for 18 months after feeding ds2, but I had bf him for a year so I kind of expected it to take a while to completely stop.
