I need to get up for work in 4 hours, flip sake .
Symptoms just started about 4 hours ago .
I've had 3 sachets of cystitis treatment, plenty of water , I can't stop peeing and now my urine is pink . No temperature, I don't feel awful - just discomfort .
Any tips or tricks I'm missing ?
I have painkillers , Co codamol , paracetamol.
Should I be concerned at blood in my urine?
I'm scared to sleep.

Take ibuprofen. Get yourself to the doctors asap for antibiotics.
I'm a lifelong sufferer of cystitis and I finally found a doctor who took it seriously a few years ago.
Now every time after sex I take an antibiotic, pee and make sure I drink plenty of fluid. Plus I avoid caffeine and booze the next day. Sounds extreme but it works.
The sachets or cranberry juice have never done anything for me.
Infections are serious - if another part of your body was infected you would get proper medication straight away so don't put it off or listen to old quack cures.

Hi, please listen to this brilliant award winning new podcast on chronic urinary tract infections (CUTIs), highly recommend if you're wanting to learn more about the little know topic of CUTIs. Its brilliantly researched and a really important topic everyone should be aware of that aims to help women advocate for themselves in the face of stubborn GPs and a medical world that has historically ignored womens health.
