hello

been having issues with my boobs since January.( my previous posts are under my username)

I was breaking out in hives only on my left breast for no real reason , I’ve changed detergents, Bras etc . Then 2 weeks ago it started on my right breast, where I would just have an itchy sensation and I look on there and itchy hives start appearing . They then disappear when the itchy sensations goes down.

been to breast clinic, scans clear.now been referred to dermatologist. In the meantime I had to ask the GP for fluconazole in case it’s a stubborn yeast infection since it’s just on the breasts which I’m currently still taking

yesterday I noticed this mark on the side of my right boob and to be honest it’s not somewhere I can easily see so may not have seen it before

but my anxiety is through the roof with my boob issue going on for 4 months. Im so paranoid

could This be an age spot( I’m 38) . I have different small hyperpigmented spots as seen in the pic but this one looks different

should I worry or does anyone have anything similar? Thank you 🥺

I included two pics with two different background lighting

Could it be pityriasis rosea? It might be the herald spot. I am more familiar with how it looks on white skin but I googled and it's possible?

Obv dermatologists are experts not me but I had a skin condition called Lichen planus pigmentosus inversus in my groin and it started like that with more blotches popping up over a series of months. It was alarming but not dangerous. It likes skin folds apparently. I ended up with blotches covering an area about the size of a saucer but then it just burned itself out and stopped. They've faded a bit over the last few years. Try not to go mad googling!

Thanks for replying. It does look like that a bit but it’s not as scaly to the touch. It seems sort of flat

Thank you. I’m beginning to think I’m having signs of peri menopause because I can’t just get what’s wrong with both boobs at the moment and me generally

itching and hives that appear randomly and go
sharp pain in both eyes (dry eyes)
itching underneath palms and soles of feet with no rash (neuropathic itch)

it has been a nightmare since Jan. so many scans( brain scan, breast scan twice,)and hospital referrals

fed up to be honest
