Anyone had these symptoms

27 years old and for the past 3 weeks have had what feels like a very dry which is then sore vagina.
Intercourse is really sore. I have had negative sti test. Also tried treatment for thrush & used one of them over the counter BV test which was negative.
No change in contraception or washing powder or lotions etc.
Got an appointment next week with gp.
Just wondered if anyone has experienced this & any ideas how to help?

Lichens Sclerosis perhaps, is there any shiny/whitening of the area? Itchy or broken skin?

I'll have a Google, no itchiness or shiny skin. It's definitely more on the inside than outside. Thank you!

Wonder could it be early perimenopause? Did Dr do your bloods, although you're very young for that, maybe try using a natural lube, although best to understand why it's happening too.

I will ask the gp at my appointment next week about doing some bloods, I did worry it could be that, I know my mum & granny both started menopause at 35 so it's always at the back of my mind..
