I have endometriosis and my periods are really heavy for a couple of days and very painful. I was using Tesco own tampons but now I just seem to have to change it once an hour (I am seeing a Dr about it)
Looking at organic tampons, there's so many to choose from. Can anyone recommend a good brand to try please?
I can't seem to get on with a cup and I'm not sure period pants would work for my heaviest days.
