Brown discharge

Hello everyone. I'm worried sick and any advice would do! So I have been having brown spotting randomly since the last 4 months. I was worried and got checked by the GP who has said all looks fine down there. My smear results came back clear last month. I have a 11 month old and ever since the birth I have had only had periods one single time. My GP has referred me to the gynaecologist but I don't think I can get an appointment any sooner as there's a long long waiting list. One thing I have noticed is that the random spotting comes on when I have had a hectic day physically. So basically I have been very very active since yesterday as in going shopping cleaning the house and get things ready for a celebration at home and now booommm there's spotting again in my panties. Sorry for TMI. I'm worried it's not something sinister. I have no other symptoms. Also I had a thrush infection last month for which I took the pessary and cream and for a month after that I had no spotting. But now back to same old brown spotting sometimes it's pink. Any advice or similar experience????

Are you breastfeeding or weaning. I had this when weaning

@Landsmen ooh yeah I forgot to add I stopped BF'ing when dd2 was 8 months old. That's nearly 3 months back.

Need some advise, not had a period for a few years. Couple of weeks ago had a bad back ache, next day very bad cramps like period pain. Went to toilet and had brown discharge. Since then been losing yellow discharge, no smell of irritation. Not had sex for 6 years so don't think it's an STD.

@Tatty1967 Did you go through menopause? If yes then it might be a fibroid but it's best to get checked by a GP for post menopausal bleeding. Also it might be something as simple as thrush.
