No period in 3 months

Should I be worrying I've had no period since mid-Jan? 4 BFN in the past 6 weeks so not pregnant, not bf, not over or underweight. I'm 41 so a bit young for menopause, although I've been a bit perimenopausal for the last year. Before last year I was regular 21-25 day cycle, but today is CD93!
Any ideas what's happening
I have a GP appointment but not for 3 weeks and I'm stressing

Possible menopause but my periods stopped for nearly 3 years in my 30s, no reason found. They started again when I got together with my husband and was a bit less of an exercise nut.

Probably menopause related but you could also have a google of high prolactin levels and ask your Gp to do a blood test.
