Spotting, no period, backpain please help very worried.

ive been having some symptoms and was wandering if anyone has had similar symptoms that could tell me what it turned out to be?

I’ve had spotting for the past couple of months, on an off goes away for a few days/ weeks then starts back. I’ve got lower backpain and I’m very late on my period day 55. I have done a pregnancy test but all negative.

anyone had similar experience?

Sorry you’re in pain. There are many things it could be. Go to a dr and they are likely to refer you to Gynea. I hope it’s something pretty harmless and you’re back on top form
soon.
