I’ve always had irregular periods but this time it is 18 days late, and I’m getting a dull pain in my groin area/ lower stomach/ lower back. I had a scan on my stomach / uterus / ovaries in January 2022 and everything was normal but I’m wondering if it’s time for another check up. Doctors never seemed to concerned about my irregular periods but it’s the pain that’s new this time. My last few periods have also been strange, the ones in January and February were incredibly light, and brown… however the one in March was SUPER heavy. And now in April, it just hasn’t come at all. I get very stressed about health related things so don’t want to go to the doctor if it’s not necessary, and I try not to google because it convinces me that it’s cancer… any insight would be very gratefully received! Definitely not pregnant for what it’s worth. Had a history of ovarian cysts that seemed to clear up on its own.
