Tiny rough patch on breast and petechiae, pic included

I have a tiny (around 5mm) beige, rough patch on my left breast. It appeared overnight but the petechiae have been appearing over the last 3-4 weeks and aren't going away. It's not from scratching as the petechiae is spread over, not one patch.

I guess I will mention this to my doctor but he's not great (told me that the fainting and heart palpitations were because I was a woman in my 30s so it was just stress. I pushed to get a blood test and it turned out to be a thyroid issue and dangerously low on iron and vit D). So, I want to know if I should push him or not when I go to see him.

My dad died from skin cancer this year, my sister was diagnosed with skin cancer, and my gran has had breast cancer.

So maybe I'm just paranoid, and this is a really small patch with no other symptoms other than the petechiae. What do you think? Has anyone here experienced something like this?

I don’t think you’re being paranoid. I had a small patch on my face checked out (my stepfather had skin cancer).

In my area (London) you or the GP can submit a good quality photo to a skin clinic and they will call you if they think it needs further investigation.

If your GP is rubbish, go to another one.

Hi they look much more like cherry angiomas than petechiae which is more rash like.

Hope your GP was reassuring

I have a similar looking patch on my boob, it’s been there for a couple of years.

I have had a few patches like this. I have very fair skin so am always paranoid but mine have been fine. I would email the doctor with a photo and get it checked out. They will probably ask you to take a photo and monitor it for a few weeks.

I know this is old, but I have a patch exactly the same and the same spots. Did you get an answer @Totorotummy

Did you ever get this checked by the doctor? I have a similar patch
