Had a sharp pain in my lower right abdomen for two months now, had an ultrasound, bloods and urine test all seem normal so doctors from A&E sent me home. It really hurts when I press the area though during the ultrasound I was shown there is a big build up of gas in my colon could that be causing the sharp pain when pressed? Thanks
