Intraductal papilloma

Hi in 2017 I had surgery to remove milk ducts due to introductal papilloma and I'm now struggling with lumps and pain with leakage blood stained should I be worried

I've been to gp and I have a appointment at breast clinic just wondering if anyone else had the same is all I'm so worried 43 yr old shouldn't have this stress really
