Contraception advice and exercise

I'm 8 months postpartum and had the implant since my daughter was born. I have pcos and am trying to lose weight. Since starting to lose weight (exercising and eating healthy) along with taking supplements I have started bleeding. I haven't bled at all since having my implant. My arm where my implant is also aches quite frequently. I was thinking of changing to the copper coil as I can't imagine the implant is doing anything to help my pcos symptoms but I'm really scared that will be painful. I wish there was a contraception for men. We really don't want another baby. Does anyone have any advice/ have changed from hormonal contraception to copper coil and noticed a difference? Thanks !
