How can I pick myself back up?

Hi all
I'm just after some advice really, advice and experience.
I've had a really bad couple months of illnesses. I know this happens to everybody from time to time but I'm just finding it really hard to pick myself back up and feel healthy.
In the last two months I have had flu, sickness bug, an infected abscess in my hair, water infection and I am just recovering from another really bad respiratory virus.
I have a relatively healthy diet and I exercise. I get enough sleep and I'm generally happy person. Just don't know what I can do to help my immune system build back up and feel healthy again. I know that I just said I'm a happy person, but this is really starting to weigh me down. I am just in a cycle of game over one thing and catching another and then to top it off I'm a single mum to 2 children who seem to pick up everything that I have and then I have to manage that on my own as well :(
I don't currently take any vitamins because I only have limited options I can use whilst I'm breastfeeding but I do take a vitamin B12 supplement with having slightly low B12.

Any tips???

When you say you have a healthy diet what does that look like?

midnightblue12 · 01/04/2023 11:24

@Divebar2021 I follow the slimming world diet so I fill my plate with lots of salad and veg, protein and some carbs.
I do have a sweet tooth, maybe had one too maybe Easter eggs recently 🤪
But I really do eat healthy.
