slightly strange but i was feeling around inside my vagina. i got all the way back to my cervix and i could feel a tiny skin tag feeling thing. i poked around it and it bled a little bit. ill attach an image below of where i imagine it to be. the tiny blue dot is where it probably feels like it is. obviously ill be talking to my gp and taking the necessary steps, but im thinking the worst already. im only 22 but i know cancer is obviously possible

Have you had the HPV vax?

The odds of cancer at your age are extremely low. Try to put that out of your mind.

@GulfCoastBeachGirl im assuming so, ive never refused a vaccine nor have my parents not allowed me to get them. im assuming its the ones we get in high school in the uk, but to my knowledge i have it. i know they’re extremely low but still possible, im such a worrier!! hopefully my doctors will clear it up but lord knows how long it will take

If you've had the HPV vaccine then it's likely not a genital wart (they can be internal as well as external). Polyps aren't uncommon and they are almost always harmless and can be removed by the doctor.

I know it's so easy to worry, but it's very unlikely that this is anything terrible. Just contact your doctor and get it sorted. You're going to be fine!
