Hello all
I'm quite overweight, but also fairly active (walk to work, swim and do a military fitness type class weekly).
I really want to up my exercise but struggling because of working FT with young primary age kids and a DH who works away in the week.
Would it be inadvisable to do two fitness classes in one day each week? I was thinking Pilates / Yoga in the morning and then my military fitness thing in the afternoon. Or is that just too much.
