Period pants - can I wash at 20'?

Not sure this is in the right place but anyway...
I am going to try period pants at the ripe old age of 49. (Still having regular periods 🙄) Found some lovely soft bamboo ones which say to wash on a cold wash. My washing machine only has a 20' wash, no cold option. Will this be Ok? At £16 a pair I don't want to ruin them. Thanks!

20 is a cold wash. That will be fine.

I remember whenever we did science experiments at school the water out of the tap was always 20 degrees. It surprised me because it felt so cold I was assuming it would be more like 5 degrees. But it's not chilled (like a fridge) it's just unheated, so it would be room temperature.

I like the sound of your bamboo period pants - please can you tell me the brand? @noprobbob

@CorsicaDreaming they are these ones, they are actually a shorts style so that may not suit you but they are so soft and comfy!
