As the title says really. It's been going on a while.

I've had covid now 3 times in 14 months and each time is more hard to recover from. I'm a month out from my last dose and I'm shattered from the slightest exertion. Breathing like I've ran a marathon.

I'm not sleeping well at all, I take ages to fall asleep and wake several times a night.

Periods are awful, I'm so heavy that it's a good job I wake up at night as I need to change protection twice a night. I wasn't bleeding when I went to bed last night and 3 hours later I woke to a river running down my legs. I'll add I'm waiting for endocrinology referral as my prolactin is high so this may be the cause.

Also waiting for a breast screening appointment under the 2 week wait scheme as found a breast lump.

This is all causing my mental health to take a battering and I just feel tearful all the time.

My weight is quite high, bmi of about 37 so can't help but think I've bought all this on myself. But can't seem to shift my weight no matter what I do.

A pity post really but just after a hand hold whilst I navigate all these hurdles.

Thank you

@HealthConcerns did you finally see someone from the breast clinic? I could have wrote your post myself. Since having my baby a year ago I feel like I’m constantly ill with cold or noro virus etc, and I have just recently had a course of antibiotics for tonsillitis. I also broke my wrist on a bus accident a few weeks ago so looking after a mobile baby with one fully working hand is a nightmare. My son also is not the best sleeper so I haven’t had a good night in a year. I also just found a painful lump/thickening in my breast and have been referred to the breast clinic, waiting for them to contact me, and my mental health is at such a low ebb with everything going on that I am just spiralling with the breast thing and thinking it’s aggressive cancer and I’m going to die and not see my son grow up 😢

I don’t have a high BMI but eating rubbish constantly which is also not helping matters

@FromWalesAndBackAgain

Yes I did Thankyou, last week. Was a benign cyst thank goodness.

Still waiting on bloods and endocrinology referrals though for the periods.

Have started taking multi vitamins and drinking more water and trying to get more sleep which will probably start to help soon

@FromWalesAndBackAgain sorry pressed send too soon.

Please try not to worry about the breast clinic, they said that 9 out of 10 referrals are normal and even the other 1 out of 10 are usually a treatable condition that doesn't mean cancer x
