Stopping mini pill

So I've stopped the mini pill as I'm 40 and fed up of being only one wanting to do birth control. Hubby doesn't want snip snip which I respect so gonna use condoms

What are side effects of taking mini pill? Hoping I'll reduce those now I'm quitting and back to natural self with periods etc

Anyone else done this?

I know it's different for everyone but when I stopped taking the mini pill, initially no real side effects however after a couple of months of it being out of my system I felt better than ever. I seemed to get my real emotions back again (being on the mini pill for me dulled my feelings and I could never feel real excitement even when I was...)

I'll never be going back on it now. I finally feel myself after being on it for so long. Good luck!
