Would drinking too much milk be harmful?

Probably a seriously silly question, but I'm a worrier, I'm 18w pregnant and suffering with heartburn, been drinking milk flat out, today I've had 2 full cartons of milk (the small ones) I think it's a pint per carton? So a total of 2 pints... I know there's medication out there but I find milk is the fastest relief for me & gaviscon etc makes me sick , anyway would this do me any harm?

Not unless you are usually sensitive to dairy. Have you tried rennies? They were the best for me and they’re just crunchy little mints

I was advised by my GP to drink milk for acid reflux when pregnant with DS2. I don't normally like milk that much, but it was so soothing and really worked, albeit temporarily. Nothing bad happened😃

Heartburn seems so trivial but can be utterly horrendous. I feel your pain. I was miserable with it.
