Supplements for PMS

I'm 38 and in the lucky position to not be on any birth control (lovely husband had the snip after baby number 3) I feel for the first time in years like I'm getting to know my body cycles again and how they effect me over the course of the month.
I feel good during my period and up to 2 weeks after, then suddenly like a switch I'm back to being emotional, over thinking and analysing and Bad tempered etc. I think this is PMS it happens literally a week before period is due.
I've read a bit about certain supplements like vit B6 helping elevate these mood swings but wondering if anyone has had experience of them or could recommend any supplements for this purpose?

Absolutely yes. I cannot function without a b complex supplement. Not all vitamin brands are equal. After trying many I've come back to cytoplan. Not cheap but definitely the best quality.
Give them a go and see how you get on.

And you take these daily? Rather than just on your 3rd week? On a tight budget so I might need to try a cheaper brand to begin with

Yep every day
Yes they are expensive but I would lose my job if wasn't on them.
